we build the practice of inclusion — in communities, businesses and government.

a note from david owumi
Salt House Foundation for Inclusion Research and Innovation exists because inclusion cannot remain a policy line or a marketing statement. It has to be built — into hiring rooms, service counters, public budgets and community forums.
Across our three divisions, we combine grassroots programming, business consulting, and governance oversight to help organisations move from intention to measurable practice. We believe an inclusive Africa is a more prosperous Africa — for every person, community and institution.
Thank you for your interest in advanncing inclusion and making our work possible. Whether you are a partner, a member, or a first-time visitor, you are welcome in this house. Get in touch.
