what our champions say.
"Inclusion champion program is a very good one. Loaded with a lot educative and informative activities. If the whole idea of inclusion program should be followed by government and other organizations, our nation will be a better place. I must testify that the program is extremely nice and they should continue in their good work."
"The Inclusion Champions Program equipped me personally as an individual coming from a marginalized community giving me the skills and knowledge needed to create a more inclusive environment for everyone. During the inclusion champions Program I learnt the importance of diversity and inclusion, and also how to recognize unconscious biases and how to address them."
"The Inclusion Champions Program gave me an insight into what inclusion truly means. It also helped me to share my experiences about how I've been marginalized and also, it helped me to become a better person in the way I see other people because “we are first human before becoming anything else.”"
"ICP is an amazing program, an opportunity to expose one to how diverse we are as humans yet how alike we truly are. This program helps one know how to treat each other in fairness and equity. It gives one the exposure to interact with diverse individuals to know their beliefs, values and practices, understanding them to be able to adopt a more inclusive society."
"I must say the Inclusion Champions program is a transformative program for me because it has broadened my knowledge of inclusions. The training was an educative and exciting one, carrying out the fieldwork with my team members was a remarkable experience I will never forget because I was able to meet a different kind of tribes and hear them talk about what they feel about the different tribes. I appreciate Salt House for organizing such a program which was an enlightenment for students."
