The Salt House Fellowship is a cohort program for people who want to move inclusion from intention to measurable practice — in their community, their organisation, or their institution.

cohort learning
Twelve weeks of structured sessions on inclusion strategy, policy and practice with peers from across Africa.

field placement
Apply the work inside a host community, business or public institution with Salt House support.
03
capstone project
Design and publish an inclusion intervention with measurable outcomes and a public brief.
who we're looking for
practitioners with a live challenge.
- Two or more years working in community, organisational or public-sector settings.
- A live inclusion challenge you want to work on during the fellowship.
- Commitment to weekly sessions and a field placement for the full cohort period.
- Based in, or working with communities in, an African country.
